Lydia decided to launch her brand new Raw Pet Food store in Southminster High Street just after the first lockdown of 2020. This was a daunting time for all of us, but especially so for a new business with a physical store. 

 

One of Lydia's concerns was being able to show customers what they can buy before they arrived, plus having the option for click and collect and in future delivery services depending on what happened. 

 

Getting up and running with this website quickly was key. With this in mind we built the website on Shopify's platform for the website because it has the option to add Point of Sale (POS) systems and to manage stock for both online and offline purchases. We then adjusted the design and layout to encompass all of the products and categories Lydia needed. One thing we wanted to ensure was that there were clear areas for customer notifications clearly demonstrated on the website home screen, just in case anything changed with opening, or more normal times to have prominent notifications for any promotional offers.

This build included full SEO work, advice on launching and generating buzz around the launch of the business.
